This hotel was fantastic! The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. The location couldn't have been better, it was right in the heart of the historic old town, with easy access to everything. Additionally, the room was beautiful, clean, and had all of the necessary facilities. We loved the historical feel of the room and the skylights were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful!

We recently stayed at a hotel in Cesky Krumlov over the Xmas holidays. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the town, close to all the key attractions. the room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the fact that the cleaners would come in and change the towels regularly.

Our overall experience was not great. the hotel did not seem to care about their guests.

The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the city, being right at the historical centre near the castle, with many restaurants close by. the rooms are well decorated and furnished with good bathroom facilities offering travellers plenty of light and privacy, as well as comfortable beds and beautiful views of the surrounding area.

Some guests felt let down by the lack of staff available at times, which made check-in and check-out procedures rather inconvenient and quite frustrating.

No complaints, everything was just fine.

The rooms were clean and the location was great. We were able to easily reach the main sights and attractions of the city on foot. there were some nice amenities offered such as a small kitchenette in our room, which made it easy to prepare some meals and snacks.

The check-in process was confusing and inconvenient. It took us a while to figure out how to get into the building and obtain our room key.
